When will my order be shipped?
Once the payment has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday) to process your order.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
Domestic orders will be shipped with either ground advantage (2-6 business days) or priority mail (1-4 business days). Tracking will be provided once your order is prepared.
Ariel Yujin is not responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed parcels or inaccurate addresses.
International Shipping
International orders will be shipped with either standard international shipping or priority mail international. Delivery times will vary widely based on destination, taking 1-5 weeks or longer due to customs.
Unfortunately, delays are possible with respect to some difficulties on the way. Ariel Yujin truly appreciates your tolerance and confidence in our business.
In addition, Ariel Yujin is not responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed parcels or inaccurate addresses. Any customs and import duties will be the buyer's responsibility.
Return & Refund policy
All sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted. Vintage items may come with signs of age wear and slight imperfections, and all handmade originals come in slight variations. We make every effort to inspect carefully and include any imperfections we may feel are noteworthy in the item descriptions. Please read the descriptions carefully and contact Ariel Yujin if there are any concerns or questions we haven’t addressed.
